If you have participants that are accessing your conference call from a telephone that has some form of background noise, you can either 'mute' all lines except your own moderator line by pressing [* 5] or ask the offending conferee to mute his/her line. They would enter [* 6] to mute their individual phone line until they wanted to speak. |
