Because of the need for heightened security in today's business environment, we have made securing our Reservationless Conference Calling service a major priority. AT Conference Reservationless Conference Calling Security Measures: 1. Lock the Conference Call: AT Conference's Reservationless Conference Calling has a lock feature that is activated by pressing *5 on your key pad. This closes the conference room door to any additional participants. At this point, no further access is allowed into the conference. 2. Secure PIN Access: Each AT Conference Reservationless Conference Calling account has secure host and participant PINs. These access numbers may be changed if necessary for added security, like changing the locks on an office door. Furthermore, to protect your account from incurring charges without your knowledge, participants may not start or hold a conference call without you being present as the host. 3. Record Caller IDs (ANI Capture): AT Conference's Reservationless Conference Calling is unique to the majority of our competitors with this feature. When available, the system will record the caller ID so that you have a record of what phone numbers called into your conference. We've found this feature to be a terrific asset to our customers. 4. Usage Reporting: After each call you can receive, at no extra cost to you, a phone usage report records how your conference call was used, including caller IDs (when available), total lines used, minutes, participants and time and date of your conference. 5. Name Announce and Roll Call Options: You can set the system so that all participants are announced by name when they enter the conference call. The best part about this option is that it allows the host to conduct a roll call by pressing #1. The system will then playback all participants' names. This feature is perfect for calls where confidentiality is important, or if you asked someone to disconnect and you want to verify that they did. A less disruptive option allows you to set the system to alert you each time a participant joins the conference call with a tone. This option is less intrusive if the call is already underway. 6. Attendee Removal: If the call has been set up to require users to record their names before entering the conference call, with operator assistance the host has the ability to remove or bar someone from the conference call.
